Customer-facing English on every engagement, with Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Arabic and Tagalog available depending on the role and volume. Language is assessed during recruitment against the channel — written-only roles and voice roles are screened to different standards.

Do we get to interview and approve candidates?

Yes. We screen for domain, language and tooling fit, then present a shortlist with scorecards. You interview whoever you want and approve every hire before they start — nobody joins your account without your sign-off.

Both models are available. Regulated or data-sensitive work runs from a controlled office floor with clean-desk policy, restricted media and supervised access. Lower-risk roles can run remote on managed devices. We agree the model during scoping and it forms part of the contract.

Roughly four to six hours across the first two weeks: a kickoff to walk through the work, tool and system access, and two or three review sessions during the ramp. We write the SOPs from those sessions, after which your involvement drops to a weekly check-in.

Seats can be reduced on 30 days notice once the initial term is complete. On exit you keep everything we built — SOPs, macros, templates, dashboards and process documentation — because it lives in your systems and is documented as your property from day one.

When is outsourcing not the right answer?

When the process is still changing week to week, when nobody internally owns quality, or when the work depends on in-person context that cannot be documented. Outsourcing amplifies whatever process you hand over. If that is where you are, we will say so on the call rather than staff a team that will underperform.
